Every care is taken to ensure that fabric leaving us is in brand new condition.
Each length of lace is checked over thoroughly before dispatch. We ask that you check the condition of your purchase immediately on receiving it, and before using it, as we cannot accept the return of items deemed to be faulty once they have been cut or used. If you do have a problem with your lace that you would like to discuss, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
We recommend that you do not accept delivery of an item if the exterior packaging is clearly damaged. Please ensure that we and the carrier are informed of the reason for which the item was not signed for.
The Lace Co. acts in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, designed to protect consumers’ rights. They cover purchases made via email and the internet, together with telephone and mail order. They only apply to transactions between businesses and consumers (individuals acting outside the course of their business) and do not include business-to-business transactions).
We do accept returns for goods for 14 days after purchase if deemed not suitable, the buyer being responsible for returned shipping costs.
